How Agencies Can Make an Impact

  • Set up a scholarship or discount code.

    • You choose the number and amount.

    • We’ll provide you with a personal code to share with families.

    • After the event, we’ll send you an invoice and a list of who used it.

  • Families often want to attend—but barriers like childcare hold them back. You can help by:

    • Offering on-site childcare

    • Training trusted providers for in-home care

    Providing childcare stipends or even a hotel night for families

  • The conference is powered by volunteers. Imagine the encouragement families feel seeing a familiar face serving them!

    • Greeters & check-in

    • Childcare helpers

    • Session hosts & ushers

    Resource fair support
    (We don’t ask foster/adoptive families to serve—this weekend is for them.)

  • Financial sponsorship sustains the conference and expands support. While we prioritize scholarships and barrier removal, sponsorship is another powerful way to help families attend.
