Brooke Hackman and her interest in (and affinity with) adoption began literally at birth and has continued all the way into adulthood. 

As an adoptee born in Calcutta, she felt called (since childhood) to adopt from the same country she was born. In 2019, she and her husband, Kent, traveled to India and brought home their daughter, Stuti, to join their sons, Christian and Bennett. 

Currently serves on the foster adoption ministry team at Westside Family Church Foster Adoption Ministry,  as their newsletter coordinator and social media writer; she is also working on a soon-to-be published children’s book on adoption.  

Brooke is a graduate of Washburn University and enjoys taking family RV trips, watching college football, and seeing her family grow year by year.
