Jen Decker-McMillen

Jen  has served as the Foster and Adoption Ministry Director at Westside Family Church for nearly 15 years. With both personal and professional experience—along with a master’s degree in education in neuroscience and trauma—she brings a unique perspective to her work. Growing up in an adoptive family and now parenting as an adoptive mom herself, Jen offers firsthand insight into the impact of trauma on individuals, families, and organizations.

When she isn’t with her family, you’ll likely find Jen laughing with friends, playing pickleball, or searching for her wallet, keys, or phone.
